Hallo miteinander,

ich hab hier den Laptop von meinem Vater stehen. Auf diesen habe ich eben Windows XP Home installiert und dann ein Update Pack von Winboard.

Jetzt wollte ich ins Netz um das Teil zu aktivieren. Doch leider passiert rein garnichts wenn ich auf das Icon "Windows aktivieren" klicke ! Es öffnet sich nicht das bekannte Fenster.

Ist dafür ein bestimmter Dienst zuständig ? An denen hab ich bei der Installation allerdings noch garnichts geändert, so müssten die Dienste standardmäßig konfiguriert sind.

Wie bekomme ich das Teil aktiviert ?

Ist wirklich die Grundinstallation, außer die Sicherheitsupdates.

Achso...Bei XP-AntiSpy gibts nämlich zwei Einstellungen, die irgendwas deaktivieren, was zur Aktivierung gehört...

Was die allerdings genau bewirken, weiß ich nicht...

Kannst ja mal mit XP-AntiSpy gucken, ob vllt. eine von den Einstellungen aktiviert ist...

Die Optionen sind nicht ausgewählt. Wäre auch merkwürdig bei einem neu installierten System.

Ist für die Aktivierung ein Dienst / Datei erforderlich die vielleicht fehlt oder die vielleicht zu viel ist ?

Die spannende Frage ist doch, warum du es überhaupt aktivieren willst? Update Packs gibst regelmäßig bei Winfuture. Zumal diese auch gut sortiert sind und keine überflüssigen oder fehlerhaften Updates enthält!

Delete registry entries for the malicious program. To do this, follow these steps:

Start the computer in Safe mode.

b.
Back up the registry.

c.

Locate and then delete the following registry subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\RESET5

Locate the following registry subkey:

In the right pane, right-click OOBETimer, and then click Modify.

Change any digit of the value of the OOBETimer registry entry, and then click OK.

Note This step deactivates Windows.

Restore corrupted files. To do this, follow these steps:

a.
Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.

b.
Change to the %Windir%\System32 folder, and then type the following command:

ren %windir%\system32\WPA.dbl wpa.old

c.
Change the drive and directory to the I386 folder on the installation CD. Find the WPA.db_ compressed file and expand it. To do this, type the following command:

expand wpa.db_ %windir%\system32\wpa.dbl

d.
Type exit.



3.
Remove malicious files. To do this, follow these steps:

a.
Click Start, click Search, and then search for all the following files in the Windows folder. Delete any files that you find.

•
Reset5.dat

•
Reset5.dt*



b.
Delete the %systemroot%\System32\Srvany.exe file.

c.
Restart the computer in Normal mode.



4.
Reactivate Windows. To do this, follow these steps:

a.
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Activate Windows.

b.
If the Windows Product Activation Wizard prompts you to activate Windows, follow the instructions in the wizard and activate Windows XP again.

c.
Restart the computer, and then start the wizard again to confirm that it does not prompt for activation again.

d.
If the Windows Product Activation Wizard displays the "Windows is already activated" message, click OK to quit the wizard.

2 ma hat mir so nen Winfuture Update Pack die Kiste verdreht , deswegen mag ich diese Updatespacks garnimmer , gibt aber nette Tools die ziehen einem die ganzen aktuellen Updates , so ist einem selbst die Install der Updates überlassen , wer weis was da noch bei diesen Installscripts mit ausgeführt wird im allgemeinen verdreh ich mir lieber meine Registry alleine dann weis ich wo ich wieder drehen muss das der Knoten wieder wech ist .
